Responsibilities




 Senior Instructor for CCNA, CCNP (Routing , Switching and T-SHOOT) and MCITP




 Maintain All CISCO Equipment (like Routers, Switches, ASA, PIX etc)




 Strong experience in the operation and administration of communication networks comprising CISCO networking equipment (Catalyst multilayer switches, Routers, Switches, PIX firewalls, ACS, RAS).

 Administration and Maintenance of associated LAN/WAN networks.




 Establishment, maintenance, and implementation of workflow processes and documentation.




 Resolving system and client-initiated trouble tickets in the most efficient manner.




 Working extensively with business development department on market and client needs; Solution and offer assessment, management and supervision of VAS projects.




 Communicating with vendors to implement system upgrades and resolve faults.




 Administration of the network access & security.




 Corporate trainings (relating latest Networking techniques) to different Government and private companies


 Specialties Experience in OSPF and trouble shooting for the clients in different projects.
