Being a recruitment proessional I am involved in CV/HR Sourcing through Internet, Manpower Suppliers, Recruitment agencies and head hunters. Shortlisting and Screening of CVs for the technical evaluations, Schedule the Interviews with technical panal and interview those selected ones for Salary negotiations. in descon engineering I look after two Overseas Business areas 1- UAE (known as mini descon)and 2- Kuwait (new) and All over the Finance team requirement. I use to involve in the recruitment of Senior Management staff like Financial Controllers, Manager Finance/Construction/Shut Down/Project Managers for different Overseas and local Project/Shutdown requirements.
