Implemented the “Concert application” in SP Pakistan, a financial reporting and consolidating tool that has helped S-P Pakistan align the reporting framework as per the corporate requirements.




Implemented a computerised General ledger from a manual system, a process which has vastly improved controls & increased efficiency.




Implemented the IFP system in Pakistan, a planning tool which has helped maintain a good budgeting, planning and assumptive scenario system for SP Pakistan.




Develop as necessary, financial policies and procedures to ensure an adequate system of internal controls and to protect data integrity in accordance with S-P group policies & procedures.




Assisted in the development of key performance indicators and effectively measured operational performance whilst identifying issues and corrective actions to improve financial performance.Provided support, mentorship and guidance to the finance team.

Reporting to the Senior Director Asia Pacific Finance and supporting the GM for Pakistan with responsibility for ensuring the financial management processes is delivered in accordance with highest governance and professional standards, and all decisions are made with the benefit of clear and timely financial information and advice.




Providing strategic planning, financial analysis and commercial business support to the General Manager of S-P Pakistan and to individual members so that they may formulate key business decisions based on financial information.




Overseeing all accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and financial systems management. Preparing and implementing Annual budgets, plans and Assumptive scenarios, and maintaining the reporting framework for financial and management information in support of the busness process.
